The examination consists of three stages

Preliminary Mains Interview

STAGE I - PRELIMS/CSAT - JUNE/AUGUST

General studies (Paper-1)

  • 100 MCQs x 2 marks = 200 Marks
  • Duration: 2 hours

Aptitude/CSAT (Paper-2)

  • 80 MCQs x 2.5 marks = 200 Marks
  • Duration: 2 hours

STAGE- II (MAIN Examination) - JUNE/AUGUST

Regional Languages

B. Merit Papers

  • 2. Duration of pre examination is 2 hours each.
  • 3. Marking Pre- Correct 2 marks each.1/3 negative marking for each wrong answer.
  • 4. GS paper II in pre examination is qualifying in nature.
